Return and Exchange Policy
In our commitment to providing the best service to our customers, all purchases from the Waves store are eligible for return or exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery. All you need to do is:

Return and Exchange Terms & Conditions:
- Standard Return/Exchange: If a customer wishes to exchange a product that is not defective and remains unopened, the customer shall be responsible for the new shipping fee as well as the return fee.
- Order Cancellation after Dispatch: If the order has already been shipped and the customer requests to cancel and receive a refund, shipping and return fees will be deducted. The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer’s account after the shipment is received back from the courier company, within a maximum of 7 business days.
- Defective or Non-Compliant Items: If the item received is defective or does not match the website's description, you have the right to exchange it and receive a new replacement free of charge.
- International Orders: Orders shipped outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
